Irving requested no permanent markings on their land. Real Deschaines of ATV of Maine working with Brian Bronson of D of C. 100 # series going north to south and 200 # series going west to east. Also talked about possibility of getting municipal grant vs ATV grant. Dan Nicolas mentioned that he will meet with Ked Coffin of Irving Woodlands for permission for 2011 riding season. Dates May 15th to November 30 if possible with hunting being a possible issue. Phil Plourde presented new logo for Valley ATV Riders. Those present agreed with use of new logo. Phil will check with Jim Rioux, Tracy Hartt, and Mike Voisine for prices. Various colored shirts? Nelson and Nancy Dubay situation discussed with possibility of them closing trail due to dust issue last year. Possible solutions discussed were: move rail crossing further from their house, putting more shale/crushed rock, or alternate trail. Don Ouellette suggested mileage reimbursement for travel for ATV club business. Motion made by Bert and seconded by Sean to pay $.42 a mile. Passed unanimously. Dan Nicolas will check with FK Town Council for approval of use of the following as access routes: Michigan Settlement, Marquis Road, Jacob Road, Violette Settlement Road, North Perley Brook Rd., Caron Road, and Black Lake Road. Agreed to put ad in St. John Valley Times, Fiddlehead Focus, Channel Four about mud season and tentative trail opening Saturday, May 14, 2011. Shelter on Heritage Trail at Ledges Siding: Three-sided, size 10 X 12? Dan will check with Heritage Trail Comm., Jim C will check with Dept.
